Assembling the head and the neck
Take out the plastic washer from the cleaning cloth bag and place it in the metal neck mechanism before assembling it.
Connecting to Bluetooth
- Make sure your Bluetooth is activated on your mobile phone
- Open the Lampster app – it will automatically detect the Lampster/s around you
- Activate them by clicking the switch, then enter the control menu
Hard reset your Lampster
If your Lampster stops working do a hard reset:
- Unplug the lamp for at least 30 seconds. If you unplug it for less than 30 seconds the lamp will still have the last settings saved
- Turn off your Bluetooth if it is on – shut down all the apps on your phone or restart your phone
- Plug the Lampster back in
- Turn on your Bluetooth
- Start the app and connect to the lamp which should be visible on your screen. Please note that when you connect for the first time you will be directed to set up a name and color for your Lampster
