How do I order as a gift?
You can place the order and write the shipping address and full name of the person you want the item to be shipped to. You can also add a note in the comments section of the form you fill in when you place the order. You can also e-mail us using the contact form.
What accessories are included in the box?
The order comes with leather harness, leather cable holder and rubber shoes.
What initials can I use to customize my Lampster?
You can select any two letters that will be painted on the side of the head of your Lampster. No numbers. Just letters in black or white.
How long until my Lampster is ready?
Depending on the customisation level and stock availability of your model, color and plug combination, the order will take between 15-60 business days to be shipped. See details on our shipping policy.
Order arrived with broken glass. What can I do?
We provide a spare glass in the box to prevent such cases. The replacement process is very easy but please contact us if you have any concerns. If both the glass already installed and the spare were damaged in transit we will send over a new glass. Please contact us for more details.
Do I have to fill up the body?
The body is hollow and it is advised to fill up 1/3 of it with sand or gravel. Please note that the hands of the Lampster have tiny slits and if you put too much sand it will get out through them. The perfect filling will be up to its waist.
I got the wrong plug. How do I make it work?
Items can be shipped with plug adapters already provided in the box or you can use a simple plug adapter. The Lampster works worldwide with voltage 110-240V.
How can I control the Lampster?
The Lampster is controlled by touch as it has a brass button on the head but for more functions you will use the app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

I am a Kickstarter/IndieGoGo backer. I did not receive my Lampster.
Our product is handmade and has different levels of customization therefore the production takes time. We are not doing mass production as the quality would seriously decrease and this is not an option for us. What we can say for sure is that all our pre orders and orders during and after the campaign will be delivered.

Please contact us with your backer ID from the email address you have registered on your backer account and we will provide a voucher to place the order.

I ordered a fully costumed Lampster and did not receive the order.
The custom design is done handmade and it takes a long time to be manufactured and be ready for shipping. Due to the fact that this kind of job requires specific skills we are limited with the resources we can use so the process has a longer production time and we can make only one item at a time. For this exact reason we contact every customer to request design specifications and color codes along with current shipping details to secure the order before shipping.
You can change the order to a standard color configuration if you want the item shipped faster. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com for that.
